Start with the correct terminal先确认航站楼
Heathrow uses Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Provide your airline, flight number, arrival date and terminal when enquiring. Passenger pick-ups are not permitted on the ordinary terminal drop-off forecourts. Heathrow provides designated Terminal Parking and other approved collection options. Terminal 4 has special arrangements because of its 2026 car-park redevelopment.
